How to measure your container
Wrap a strip of paper around the spot where the label will go and mark the flat, label-friendly area. Leave a little space at the top and bottom, and avoid curves near the neck or base. If your exact size isn't listed, send us your measurements and we'll match it from thousands of available sizes.

Artwork guidelines
Files that print perfectly
300 DPI at actual size
Low-resolution images look fine on screen but print blurry. Our editor warns you if an image is too small.
1/16″ bleed
Extend background colors and images 0.0625″ past the edge so there are no white slivers after cutting.
1/16″ safety margin
Keep important text, logos and barcodes at least 0.0625″ inside the cut line.
Full-color CMYK printing
We print in CMYK. White areas show the label material, so on kraft paper white will appear brown.
Accepted files
PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PNG or JPG. In PDF or AI files, outline or embed your fonts.
Small text and thin lines
Keep text at 6 pt or larger and lines at least 0.5 pt thick so they print crisply.
How does the proof work?
After you order, we check your files and email you a digital proof for every design. Nothing is printed until you approve it, and you can ask for changes first.
How long does it take?
We print your labels within 2 business days after you approve your proof. The clock starts when you approve, so a quick approval gets your labels to you sooner. Shipping time is added on top, depending on the option you choose at checkout.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on orders of $100 or more and $9.95 below that. Need it faster? Express shipping arrives in 2 business days after your labels are printed, for $24.95. You'll see every option and its cost at checkout.
What is the minimum order?
A single design starts at 250 labels. If you order several designs that add up to 1,000 labels or more, each design can be as few as 100 labels. Quantities go up in steps of 50.
Can I mix and match designs?
Yes. Choose Multiple designs on the order page, then add each flavor, scent or SKU with its own quantity and artwork. You can upload several files at once. Your volume discount is based on the total of all designs, so four designs of 250 labels get the 1,000-label price.
Are your labels waterproof?
Our BOPP (plastic) materials are waterproof, which makes them a great fit for bottles, bath products and anything handled with wet hands. Paper materials are best for dry products.
What files can I upload?
PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PNG or JPG. For best results use 300 DPI artwork at actual size with 1/16" bleed. No file yet? Design online with our editor, or choose to send your artwork later.
Do you make custom sizes and materials?
Yes. Beyond our ready-to-order sizes, we can source thousands of sizes and specialty materials such as metallic, removable, extra-strong adhesive and chemical-resistant stock. Request a quote below.
Will the rolls fit my label applicator?
Our rolls are wound on 3" cores with up to an 8" outside diameter. Tell us your applicator model and unwind direction in your order notes and we'll confirm the best roll setup with your proof.
Do you offer co-packing?
Yes. Along with printing, we can apply your labels and fill, assemble and pack your products in Deerfield Beach, FL. Tell us about your project and we'll put together a quote.
